YOGA & BRUNCH
If you do not have plans to eat or have a snack and you want to share a good time around the table, this is your experience. We do a ninety minute practice and then we enjoy a lunch sharing a juice together, a wine or whatever you want, with selected meats for the occasion.
Vegetarian / vegan and gluten free options available
Practice 90 minutes + lunch / snack with artisan products.
Duration: 3 hours.
Yoga style: Vinyasa flow.
Necessary material: Mat and comfortable clothing.
